What to Expect

Lighthouse Asset Refund (LAR) searches government accounts looking for individuals who are owed refunds from foreclosures, tax over-payments, mortgage over-payments and similar circumstances.

Once individuals are identified, we contact them and verify the claim, then assist the claimant in processing their claim.

The Steps to Success

Step 1

Contact us today. We will gather information from you and research the scope of your claim. 

Step 2

We will discuss our findings with you, then send you documents to be signed and notarized.

Step 3

Send the completed documents back to us using the prepaid overnight mail envelope.

Step 4

We process your claim; this can be anywhere from a few weeks to 3 months. We will notify you as soon as a check will be disbursed.
